Hi, Very sorry to bother you, but I am now having trouble with another suite - yet again, this worked last time I tried to run it, so clearly something has changed with the infrastructure/submission or similar? It is an ancillary suite, designed to create all necessary ancillary files based on a new land-sea mask that I have given it. It is u-dh579, and is running on Monsoon2. I am getting all sorts of failures, but the first appears to be: /bin/sh: AncilScr\_RoseTop: command not found [FAIL] AncilScr\_RoseTop # return-code=127 2024-07-03T15:00:02Z CRITICAL - failed/EXIT with the rest of the failures being “submit-failed”. Hi, Sorry to bother you again, as I appreciate you are very busy, but I raised this ticket a couple of weeks ago but haven’t yet heard back. Are you able to help? If not, I will need to go back to the original owner of the suite, because I believe it is a Monsoon2 issue/change rather than anything I have done wrong (for a change!) Charlie ---

Hi Charlie, The suite that you copied to create u-dh579 (ie. u-ar826@65219) is 7 years old. The PBS options are out of date. Have you got another copy of u-ar826 that you ran more recently that has the fixes in it already? Regards, Ros. ---

Hi, Thanks very much. To answer your question: no, I rather (a.k.a. very/incredibly) stupidly deleted it last week - thinking I was in ~/cylc-run I did rm -r u-ar826. I wasn’t, I was in ~/roses! Completely silly school-boy error. I’m guessing it can’t be undone? C ---

Charlie If your home is \<10GB, it’ll be backed up. How to retrieve a backup is a question for Monsoon. Grenville ---

Sadly not, my home directory on Monsoon is ~90G. But I will email them to ask anyway, just in case… Charlie ---
