Good morning,

I am running few suites (u-dr118, u-dr666 and u-dr674) on puma2/archer2. All was fine but since last Friday task postproc-atmos started to fail with error message “Iris Module is not available”. I don’t know how to solve this.
Could you help me with this?

Thank you for your support.

I didn’t attach the full error message so here it is:

Dieu

`Iris Module is not available` is merely a warning, not an error.

The problem is corrupt seasonal mean files:

`grenvill@ln03:/work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data> ls -lrt /work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data/dr118a.ps2297*`
`-rw-r–r-- 1 dhoang n02 5138636800 Oct 16 07:36 /work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data/dr118a.ps2297djf`
`-rw-r–r-- 1 dhoang n02 563986432 Oct 16 15:08 /work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data/dr118a.ps2297mam`
`-rw-r–r-- 1 dhoang n02 563986432 Oct 16 18:52 /work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data/dr118a.ps2297jja`
`-rw-r–r-- 1 dhoang n02 5139853312 Oct 16 22:23 /work/n02/n02/dhoang/cylc-run/u-dr118/share/data/History_Data/dr118a.ps2297son`

You will need to recreate mam and jja seasonal means (I didn’t check other suites)

Thanks for your response. The other suites have the same problem.
I will rerun from before the problem happened then.
Have a nice day.
