Transfer data to JASMIN

Dear Ros,

Since I am new to using Rose to submit jobs, thus I am not sure what you meant and how to switch on postprocessing and pptransfer in the suite. Could you please point me to the exact locations where the problems are, and tell me the right values to use? thanks.

Best,
Xin

Hi Xin,

The tasks that you have requested to run in the suite are set in the panel suite conf → Tasks. You can switch post-proc & pptransfer on here.

If you are new to Rose and Cylc I would suggest going through our training material here: NCAS Unified Model Introduction Course — NCAS Unified Model Introduction.

Ros

Hi Ros,

Thank you for the help! I solved the previous problem, but I met another one which is related to an emission file added for a new emitted species. If you think I should raise a new ticket to the UKCA helpdesk, please let me know. . Thanks!

Best,
Xin
