COSP2 failure

I turned on COSP2 rather than COSP1 in my UM13.8 job u-dr496 and got an atmospheric model failure:

???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!! ERROR ???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!

? Error message: This is a stub interface to COSP2.You need to include the external COSP2 code.

Can I (and how do I) include the extrernal COSP2 code? If the answer is that it is hard then I will just revert to COSP1.

Sadly, how to include the external COSP2 code is a mystery.

Fair enough. I will go with COSP1.
Can it be reduced from mystery to hard by asking someone at the Met Office? I’ll ask Mark Webb he might know!
