(Without commenting on any JULES-specific issues) - The errors in your last screenshot ‘Could not connect to repository’ and ‘No more credentials’ usually point to issue with saved MOSRS password.
See if running ‘mosrs-cache-password’ before re-launching the suite gets you a little further.

I might run that one outside cylc2, sorry.
I just ran the last again in cylc2, and the output was the same error as in the first figure of my last message, but advised by one of my supervisors, I added JASMIN_JULES_REVISION=‘31163’ ← the number of my commented change, and it seems to be working.
