I had an I/O failure while the model was trying to read a netcdf file.
Failure message was (from /home/n02/n02/tetts/cylc-run/dfols46p_4/dq007/work/20110601T0000Z/atmos_main/pe_output/dq007.fort6.pe0) was:

If I ls the file on the frontend file exists. I will go and restart the atmospheric step and hope it was a file system glitch.
