I have converted a suite to run nudged using era5 data on ARCHER2 (u-cy789). I begin running the suite 19870101 and all works for 2 calendar years, but I get a submit-failed on postproc in 19890101T0000Z with the following error in job.err:
[FAIL] cannot rollback - no transaction is active.
I have tried rerunning the postproc stage, but I continue to get this error and I wondered if this issue had been stumbled upon before. Maybe it is an issue with calendars since I have converted to nudged, but I’m not too sure.
The error in the first try reveals the issue (u-cy789/log/job/19890101T0000Z/postproc/01/job.err). You have run out of disk on /work. Your quota is 11Tb - please clear out some files.
