I’ve noticed the /work/y07/shared/umshared/ancil/atmos/master/vegetation/lai/modis_4km/v2/lai_preprocessed.nc has a possible error in it. See square over the Amazon in month 6:
The file is titled preprocessed so wondering what steps have been taken to reach this stage? I suspect this is one of the tiles not merged in correctly.

Sorry we haven’t responded till now. These files come direct from the Met Office. We don’t know how these files are generated. I can only suggest contacting someone at the Met Office.

No problem, in touch with the Met Office but there is no timescale to when it will be fixed so having a go at recreating the file myself. Happy to share once I get it to work.
