I’ve been trying to log into puma from archer2 (username: ekarlows). I am using the ARCHER2 password I viewed from SAFE website. I’ve tried other passwords but they weren’t working either so I am a bit lost. I would appreciate help.

When you logged into ARCHER2 for the very first time you should have been prompted to change your ARCHER2 password immediately - yes? You then need to use your new password not the one from SAFE to log in to PUMA2.

That happened maybe 3 years ago when I took an NCAS course and I don’t know what password it is 
Is there a way to reset it?

In SAFE under your ARCHER2 login account details there is a button to “Request password reset”.
