Unable run rose suite

Dear help,
Previously was running rose-suite ok, but now (since puma new in use), just get error message as unable to run:

I don’t see an actual error - does the suite just hang?

What do you get on pumanew when you type:

ssh login.archer2.ac.uk

You need to add the archerum key to the ssh agent - you may need to delete ~/.ssh/environment.pumanew.novalocal

Hi Grenville,

I removed ~/.ssh/environment.pumanew.novalocal

And then did:

ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsa_archerum

but still have problems running:

do I have to regenerate the id_rsa_aracherum

Does this mean I have to regenerate id_rsa_archerum?

It probably means you need to add the archerum key to the ssh agent.
If you don’t see archerum mentioned when you type (on pumanew)
ssh-add -l
then

cd ~/.ssh
ssh-add id_rsa_archerum

then try accessing archer2 again
