User time limit exceeded

Hi, a job I was running using CASIM in MONC takes longer than 20 minutes so I increased it to 30 but now it won’t run because it says it violates accounting policy. I assume this means there’s a time limit for jobs on my account? Would it be possible to get this extended please? Thank you


I assume you are currently running the job in the ARCHER2 short queue this has a maximum wallclock limit of 20mins. Longer jobs need to run in the standard queue.
