ARCHER2 n02-ncas account (and overall n02 account) run out of CUs

Dear NCAS-CMS helpdesk,

I’ve just been trying to submit some UM-UKCA simulations to ARCHER-2 for an ACP paper re: the ISA-MIP HErSEA Pinatubo simulations, and whereas the first set of runs submitted and ran fine last week, I’m getting an error message below when submitting this evening.

I checked on ARCHER SAFE and it looks like the n02-ncas account, and also the overall n02 account seemed to have run out of CUs.

Please can you request extra CUs to the n02 account and re-allocate to the corresponding budgets?

Hi Graham,

I’ve just topped up n02-ncas.

n02 is always zero as it is not a usable account code under which to run jobs.

OK, great – thanks a lot.
I just checked on ARCHER SAFE and can see that the n02-ncas budget now has 8k CUs, so that’s great.
