Cannot copy any suites to pumatest

I have tried to copy my suites to my pumatest through rosie go, but I cannot do it because of the following errors:

How do I check out or copy my suites to pumatest account with/without rosie go?

Hi Kenji,

You need to sort out the authentication caching of your MOSRS password before you will be able to use rosie go.

When you log into pumatest does it prompt you for your MOSRS password? And if it does and the caching fails what is the error message?
