Have you restarted your ssh agent? There was a puma reboot yesterday. There’s some info here on how to proceed. Hope this helps!

Restarting after puma2 reboot

Puma2 was rebooted today, Thurs 30 April 2026 at 13:20, to apply an urgent security fix. The system is now back up and running. If you were running any Rose/Cylc suites, you will need to do the following: Set up your ssh-agent When you login to puma2 again your ssh-agent should be restarted by default.
