Puma2 was rebooted today, Thurs 30 April 2026 at 13:20, to apply an urgent security fix. The system is now back up and running.
If you were running any Rose/Cylc suites, you will need to do the following:
Set up your ssh-agent
When you login to puma2 again your ssh-agent should be restarted by default. You will see the following message:
Initialising new SSH agent...
Add your Archer key to the agent (and Jasmin if needed), e.g.
ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsa_archer
Restart your suites
To restart any suites you were running:
# cylc 8
cylc play <suite>
# cylc 7
rose suite-restart --name=<suite>
