forgot user name and email address - can't access CMS

I would like to raise a ticket, however, I cannot remember my credentials. I got an account many years ago, and I cannot remember the user name and/or the email address that I used. Maybe I used my Bristol email address im13009@bristol.ac.uk ??

Could you help me with this?
