Problem with fcm_make2_um

Hi,

Sorry to bother you, but I have a problem with fcm_make2_um, which did not happen last time I tried to work on this, just last week. My suite is u-do321.

Looking at the job.err, it appears to have run out of time. Is this really the problem, and if so, why? The only difference, with 100% certainty, with when I ran this suite last week (and did not get this error) is that I have included a CICE restart file (at /work/n02/n02/cjrw09/gc31/restarts/u-aq853/aq853i.restart.2594-01-01-00000.nc) in nemo_ice > Restart files. So why should this make this task fail?

Hi again,

Please ignore the above question, as I tried it again a couple of days later and this time this task succeeded well within the time limit (19 minutes). Not sure why it failed before. My job has now failed at the reconfiguration stage, but I think this is a separate problem.
