Timeseries output at a single point

Hello,

For some time now I’ve been trying to use the timeseries (‘ts=.true.’) option for a domain profile but have not been successful. My suite is u-db376. Instead of trying to explain all the methods I’ve tried I’ll just post the namelist options I’ve been using to try to get output for ‘w compnt of wind’ at a single point (169,171):

[namelist:nlstcall_pp(pp9)]
file_id=‘pp9’
filename=‘$DATAW/100m.pp9’
!!filename_base=‘$DATAM/${RUNID}a_pj%N’
l_reinit=.false.
packing=1
!!reinit_end=-1
!!reinit_start=0
!!reinit_step=1
!!reinit_unit=1
reserved_headers=40960

[namelist:domain(theta_ts1_6d15c413)]
dom_name=‘theta_ts1’
!!iest=0
ilevs=1
imn=0
imsk=1
!!inth=0
iopa=1
iopl=2
!!isth=0
!!iwst=0
iwt=0
levb=1
!!levlst=0
levt=63
plt=0
!!pslist=0
!!rlevlst=0.0
l_spml_ts=.true.
spml_ns=171
spml_ew=169
spml_bot=0
spml_top=63
ts=.true.

[namelist:streq(00150_23dcd94a)]
dom_name=‘theta_ts1’
isec=0
item=150
package=‘’
tim_name=‘Ttsp2’
use_name=‘u9’

[namelist:time(ttsp2_b3989865)]
!!iedt=0
iend=-1
ifre=60
intv=60
ioff=0
iopt=1
isam=1
!!isdt=0
!!iser=0
istr=60
!!itimes=0
ityp=4
lts0=.true.
tim_name=‘Ttsp2’
unt1=2
unt2=1
unt3=6

[namelist:use(u9_7f3f1b4a)]
file_id=‘pp9’
locn=3
!!macrotag=0
use_name=‘u9’

These namelist options give an output file that when I try to load it in iris, gives a blank cube. I assume its possible there is data there but I do not know how to view it. Trying to view it with xconv also shows a blank file. I’ve tried to follow other people’s namelists but they are older than 4 years and haven’t worked so far. If you can spot anything wrong in the namelists or have suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much,
Russell
