I could not log into my ARCHER2 account (emxin) due to “Permission denied (publicly)”. Should I regenerate a public key, or is this due to something else, such as my SURFEIT project being very close to the end or having ended? If this is the reason, what should I do? We have submitted an extension proposal, but have not received approval.
