Cmip6+ ancil files on monsoon3

Hello, I’m working to get my suites running on monsoon3 (previously running on monsoon2). There are a few directories that don’t exist on monsoon3 (but did on ..2). I have listed some of them below. Are these located elsewhere? Or can they be moved/reinstated on monsoon3?

Hi Ross,

Try:

/projects/ukesm/jeremy.walton.mon/ancil/MEDUSA/ for the first.

Replace /projects/ancils/cmip6 with /common/share/monsoon_ancils_cmip6/ for all CMIP6 ancils

and /common/share/monsoon_ancils/atmos/n96e/ukca_emiss/biogenic/v1

Excellent thanks Mohit.

I was also using Reynolds SSTs which I found in their usual monsoon2 location (/projects/ukca-admin/inputs/ancil/gregorian/n96e/reynolds/v2.1). I’ll assume that’s fine to use unless you say otherwise.
