Error in postproc_nemo_diaptr

Hi CMS helpdesk,

I have a coupled UKESM suite (u-cz515) running on Archer2 which is getting the following error in the postproc_nemo_diaptr task:

I’ve checked on Archer2 and the file path to …/nco/… which is being called in this step doesn’t exist, so i think that might be the problem. Curiously though, my suite completes this task successfully in its first cycle, only failing on the second. My suite is a copy of u-be537 which I ported over to Archer.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Alistair

ARCHER2 has an nco module. You can module load nco and get ncatted in your path, or if your suite loads our postproc module, that will put ncatted in your path - either way, no need to specify the path to the nco tool.
