I am trying to set up a GC5-central piControl on MONSOON3 (u-dv344), as a preparation step for later configuring paleoclimate suites.
I encounter the following error during the postproc task of this suite:
[WARN] No requested fields found in source file: /home/users/zikun.ren.ext/cylc-run/u-dv344/run10/share/data/History_Data/dv344a.pz2500dec
[FAIL] Failed extracting ozone fields
The log suggests that the required fields cannot be found in the output stream. However, when I inspect the source file, it appears to already contain the two variables that are expected to be extracted: Height at Tropopause Level, DENSITY * R * R.
I would be grateful for any advice on whether this could be a configuration issue.
