Hello.

I was running something quite big in terms of the number of ensembles and then I bumped into this error message. Is this something easy to fix?

srun: error: Invalid --het-group value: 128

The suites are u-ch427-0n96-ens256 and u-ch427-0n96-ens257. The number of ensembles, 256 and 257, is the minimal to be run the largescale queue in the full Archer2 system.

Hi Luciana,

Talking to Archer2 this looks to be a system imposed limit.

Slurm het job functionality was not designed for running such large ensembles as far as I understand.
