MASS on JASMIN failing to extract files

Dear Helpdesk,

I am using MASS on JASMIN to extract UKESM output. For my query, MASS is able to extract some of the files but not all, I get an error message like this for each file it is unable to get (and there are quite a lot!):

moose:/crum/u-cw936/apk.pp/cw936a.pk20000511.pp: unable to prepare single copy file for transfer.

  • task #3: transfer failed (ERROR_SINGLE_COPY_UNAVAILABLE).

Do you know what is causing this?
