PUMA2 Account Setup

Hi there,
I’m setting up my ARCHER2/PUMA2 accounts in order to take part in the NCAS UM training online. My ARCHER2 account is up and running, and I’ve requested a PUMA2 account through SAFE to be linked to it. However, I can’t see whether the PUMA2 account has been set up yet. I have tried to ssh to PUMA2 from my ARCHER2 login, but when I type in my passphrase I get the message “connection closed”.
I may be a little early (I submitted the request late last week), but could you let me know the usual timeframe for PUMA2 account setup, and how I’ll be notified once it’s ready?

Hi Jake,

I’ve just gone in and approved the account. It should be setup shortly.
I think you should be able to see in SAFE when it’s all set up.
