Svn error on a Scientific Linux 7

Hi,

We are working on a Scientific Linux 7 desktop computer, following the instructions from Get FCM | JULES JCHMR, but when we get to the 6th step. we encounter the following error.

svn: E170001: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/test
svn: E170001: OPTIONS of 'https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/test': authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge ('https://code.metoffice.gov.uk')
Error: Unable to access Subversion with given password

svn, version 1.7.14 (r1542130)
FCM 2021.05.0 (/home/rv273/.local/fcm)

Any ideas of what is happening. Password is correct.
