Unified Model tickets

Hello,

Often when I google something related to the Unified Model, it comes up with a result like the one below, yet the links always lead to a ‘not found’ error. Are these tickets viewable directly on your website somewhere?

Hi Spencer,

Our old website/helpdesk was taken down in April and it looks like google still has some of the old helpdesk tickets cached.
