Data transfer to JASMIN

Dear Helpdesk,

I’m having problems transferring model data from ARCHER2 to /gws/nopw/j04/mh_gsp on JASMIN. The issue is not one of access because plenty of data has already been transferred across and I am the only user of this GWS. The following is the error reported by ARCHER2 on the transfer task:

I have checked that the cred.jasmin is valid on ARCHER2 and I have reinstalled the trust-roots package on both ARHCER2 and JASMIN but the error is still occurring. I am aware that there have been issues with JASMIN’s GWS recently but I’m wondering if this is an issue on the ARCHER2 side. If so, can you suggest a fix?

Looks like you’ve fixed this problem? I can see successful transfers for suite u-dd727.

Hi Ros,

Yes, the issue has now been fixed, sorry for not saying sooner. I’m unsure what was causing the error but after deleting all data in the transfer directory on JASMIN, I re-submitted the task and it completed successfully.
