Hi Xin,

It is a bit complicated to explain for GUI as there are likely to be many entries for the Reconfiguration panel.
You can do a bit easier by hand:

  • Edit app/um/rose-app.conf
  • Search for stash_req=24 in the file - should be in [namelist:items] section
  • For ancilfilename= enter the full path to the Reynolds SST file (in single inverted commas)
  • Search for stash_req=31,32 and use the Seaice file name for that entry.
  • Save and Close the file.
  • Resubmit the run
    Also make sure to ‘fcm commit’ the suite so that the changes are stored, and carried through to any future copies.
