I’m getting a mosrs error, it persist after I reset my mosrs password.

We don’t have administrative rights on the MOSRS repository I’m afraid so please contact the Met Office’s relevant support channel about this. It’s worth telling them that this isn’t affecting all users.

Can you confirm that you can login ok at: https://code.metoffice.gov.uk in a web browser?
If the answer is yes - do you have any special characters in your new password? Some like ^, # are known not to work with gpg-agent. $ & ! are fine so if you are using any other chars I would suggest changing your password again.
If that doesn’t help, then as Jonny has said please contact the Scientific Partnerships at the Met Office.
