My run u-dx174 is failing after running for a few months at atmos_main with error:
Could anyone explain why this might be?

This run is a copy of a previous run (u-dv061) with one emission file changed for CHBr3 which is under ‘/work/n02/n02/mollymac/ukca_emiss_CHBr3_DEST_N96_ziska.nc’, but I can’t see the problem with the emission file or why it would cause this error after a few succeeded months

The error indicates that one of the partial sum files written from the model is corrupt. The first run of the 20100901T0000Z atmos_main job (log/job/20100901T0000Z/atmos_main/01/job.err) seems to have failed due to disk quota being exceeded, and is the most likely cause of the file corruption.
If I remember correctly, the partial sum files in share/data/History_Data/ : dx174a_s1a and dx174a_s1b hold the cumulative values for calculating monthly and seasonal means respectively.
I am not very familiar how the older style of meaning works but since at least one of the files seems to be non-recoverable, you could try to rename these and resubmit the job again. In any case there will most likely be issues in creation of the current seasonal means.
