Porting RAS to ARCHER2

Hi Helen,

I’ve received the SRTM dataset - the files for these are now in my userspace:
/work/n02/n02/lowe/ANTS/ancil/new_data/SRTM

@dcase this dataset is ~80Gb - so it would be very useful if it could be added to the shared dataspace! Claudio has given me the go ahead for both this dataset, and the topography file, to be shared on ARCHER2.

I’ve also made a small update to the CONTRIB_FCM toolkit, to make the SRTM smoothing script compatible with the ANTS singularity container - the code for this is available at:
https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/ancil/contrib/branches/dev/douglaslowe/RAS_contrib_SRTM_121_improvement

The inputs for this tool have been changed in suite u-cq149.

It’s probably simplest for now to put files that need to be shared in /work/n02/n02/shared/<name of your choice>
