Setting up Globus transfer to JASMIN for nudged UM13.7 UKESM1.1 ARCHER2 suite

Hello,

I am following the instructions here:

regarding the upcoming retirement of the JASMIN GridFTP server. I have completed step 1, but in Step 2, the fcm_make_pp app looks like

Please could you advise how to update this app to be able to use the Globus transfer method?

Hi Luke,

I have (somewhat reluctantly :upside_down_face:) updated the postproc_2.3_pptransfer_gridftp_nopw at rev 5411 so just change the revision number to pick up the code changes. The rest of the instructions should be the same.

JASMIN/ARCHER2 are just investigating an issue that occurred at the weekend for one of Annette’s runs, so please hold off switching over to Globus a little longer. I’ll let you know when it’s good to go.
