UM_READDUMP Error STASH 0, 409 (Surface Pressure)

Hello CMS,

I am unable to get past the following error (suite id u-dg192).

Error code: 6
[0] ? Error from routine: UM_READDUMP
[0] ? Error message: UM_READDUMP Dump does not match STASH list: Wrong processing code.
[0] ? Error from processor: 80
[0] ? Error number: 64

I have referred to this earlier post and solution by Ella @shakka → UM_READDUMP STASH processing code error

These are the things I have tried based on her post:

  • Running the tidystashtransform macro
  • Tried removing and re-adding them and not running the macro, as suggested by Paul Field.

These steps don’t help.

If I disable this STASH- the model runs fine.
Please advice. Should I be removing all the STASH and add them manually again- a very cumbersome task.

0 409 is a prognostic but the model does not include that prognostic. Try adding item 222 from section 16 instead.

Thanks for that suggestion. I am dumping pressure at theta levels, so might just extract the lowest level data assuming it to be the surface level fields. That’s still 5 m AGL, so not much of an error expected. 16, 222 would be Pressure @MSL and may not be a good STASH over orographic regions which I am dealing with rn, so may have to disable 0, 409 to keep the model going.
