ANCIL_VEGFRAC fails for my UM nesting suite u-ck939 for the wall clock limit. But I don’t think it would require as long as 2 hours to finish. I guess this might be related to the very small land area within in the nest. How do I get through this? Any advice is appreciated. Cheers.

It looks like ANTS has created a vegfrac file - is that good enough?

I know that but other vegetation data such as qrparm.veg.dist and qrparm.veg.func are not created.
I changed the size of the domain a little bit and the process finished fine.
