ANTS on Archer2

Hi helpdesk,

I want to use ANTS on Archer2 for ancillary generation. I found there already is a guide on this ANTS . But ANTS is not in $UMDIR/ancils anymore, although it was mentioned in Usage details section. I was wondering if ANTS is still available on Archer2 and where I can find it.

Hi Weiyu,

It is the ancillary files used by ANTS that are under $UMDIR/ancils not ANTS itself.

The Usage details section then goes on to give instructions on how to run ANTS within the singularity container on ARCHER2 (and JASMIN).
