JULES ancillariy suite with ANTS on Jasmin

  • On and off I have been trying to get a cylc job (from Martin Best), to create JULES land-surface ancillary files, running on Jasmin.
  • V has a version of ants in /apps/jasmin/community/ANTS/ and I am able to use this in an interactive terminal. I also have access to ncas_generic.
  • When I submit the job (u-dn163 ) I get

[INFO] --ants-config ${ANCIL_CONFIG}

[ERROR] Failed to load: ants

  • Fatima tested the node I was running the job on and said

“The job 24881851 failed on host1133 . We tested the module load for ants and it works ok on that host.”

  • I am sure the answer to this is simple but I have played around with how and where the suite tries to load ants to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

it needs to look something like

(base) glister@login-01$ ls -ld glister/
drwxr-x— 122 glister users 0 Aug 27 13:19 glister/

chmod -R a+rX /home/users/rjellis (but reset permissions on .ssh etc)
