ANTS ancillary files on JASMIN

Hi,

I’m trying to get an ANTS suite running on JASMIN to create JULES ancillaries, following on from tickets 1638 and 1792. My suite is u-dx415. Some of the tasks are failing as some of the expected input files aren’t available in /gws/nopw/j04/umshared/umshared/ancil .

In particular, it’s looking for

  • ${ANCIL_MASTER}/vegetation/cover/cci/v3/c4_percent_1d.nc
  • ${ANCIL_MASTER}/soil_roughness/prigent12/v1/soil_roughness_preproc_prigent12.nc

Which are missing. It was also looking for

  • ${ANCIL_MASTER}/soil_data/hwsd/v5

although the v4 data are there, so I’ve been using that for now. However, it would be good if the more recent versions were available.

Finally, there are no lookup tables for anything other than 5PFTs, and we would eventually like to look at 13 PFT configurations.

Would you be able to update the files in this directory?

I have updated c4_percent_1d.nc and soil_roughness_preproc_prigent12.nc.
